Yes.  Because the product is water-based, it will freeze if left in an environment at or below 32°F (0°C).  If the wax is above freezing and the painted surface is above freezing, you should be able to wax without any problems.

If the wax freezes while stored, it may separate.  This is easily resolved by shaking the bottle once it thaws.

However, because it is water-based, extremely high humidities may impair the wax removal process.  As the relative humidity approaches 100%, painted surfaces at or below the dew point will become wet with dew and removing wax will be problematic.

For years we've been told 'never wax in direct sunlight and never wax a hot surface!  CSI Q-7 Wax breaks these rules.  We've waxed paint in excess of 170°F with great results.

The reality is, mobile detailers often don't have a choice.  Just don't forget your sunscreen.
